Masae Ueno, sister of Yoshie and Tomoe is the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Champion U70kg. She competed also in Sydney 2000. She won the world titles in 2001 in Munich and 2003 Osaka. She won the Asian Games in 2006 in Doha. She became national coach of the Japanese women. Masae Ueno (JPN) was number 1 of the IJF World Ranking for seniors U70kg in 2009.
