Vladimir Drachko of Russia was 1994 European Judo Champion. He won the Goodwill Games in St. Petersburg in 1994. He won European gold with the Russian team U65kg. Drachko won World Cups in Sofia, Minsk and Warsaw. Former Russian champion. He won bronze at the 1990 World Junior Championships in Dijon
