Vladimir Hnidka of Czech Republic is IJF top referee who officiated at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio and 2012 London Olympic Games. He refereed at every edition of the world championships from 2005-2015. International referee since 1999. He has gained a seventh dan in November 2016 in judo and has represented Czechoslovakia at junior level. He won gold at the Czechoslovakia Junior Championships in 1979 in the category U60kg. Languages spoken: Czech, English, German, Polish, Russian, Slovak.
