He claimed the European U23 title in 2020 in Porec. He won the European Cup U21 in Prague in 2018. Konstantin Simeonidis (RUS) was number 1 of the IJF World Ranking for cadets U50kg in 2014. He captured the gold at the World U21 Championships in Marrakech. With the Russian team he won the silver medal with the junior mixed team in 2019. He captured the gold medal at the World Military Championships in Santo Domingo in 2023.
