Judoka David Gauch bagged a bronze medal at the European Cup U21 Kaunas in 2018, one of the top Junior judo events. He became Swiss champion in 2022. He clinched a bronze medal at the European University Games in Zagreb in 2023 and silver in 2024 in Miskolc.
