Azerbaijani judoka Kanan Nasibov seized gold at the 2024 Junior European Cup in Graz. He took gold at the Junior European Cup in Athens in 2022 and the EYOF Banska Bistrica in 2022. Nasibov also clinched silver at the Junior European Cup in Malaga in 2023 and bronze at various events. His success extends to team events, where he contributed to Azerbaijan's victories, including a bronze at the European Mixed Team Championships. Bronze medal at 2024 Junior European Championships in Tallinn. Attained a silver medal at the junior world championships in 2024 in Dushanbe (TJK).
