Battulga Khaltmaa is president of the Mongolian Judo Federation who became a Mongolian politician and the President of Mongolia from 10 July 2017 for almost four years and then returned as Judo President. He won a silver medal at the Sambo World Championships. He served as Member of the State Great Khural from 2004 to 2016 and Minister of Roads, Transportation, Construction and Urban Development from 2008 to 2012.
