Russian judoka Marina Vorobeva took the Cadet World title in 2017 in Santiago de Chile. In 2019 she won gold at the Cadet European Cup in Tula and in Zagreb. Marina Vorobeva (RUS) was number 1 of the IJF World Ranking for cadets U40kg in 2017 and 2018. She took a bronze medal at the EYOF in Baku in 2019. She won a bronze medal at the Asian Open in Aktau in 2021.
