Judoka Zoltán Palkovacs was one of the best talents of Slovakia. He won European Junior medals and competed at European and World Championships and the Olympic Games in Athens2004 and Beijing2008. He won the World Cup in Budapest U100kg in 2004 among 9 medals. He died in 2010 after a car accident.
