Judoka Elodie Duquenoy was a French teacher in the Futura schools on the campuses in Menen and Wervik. There too, the news of the sudden death of their young teacher has hit them particularly hard. The school will provide a mourning corner on the campuses in Menen and Wervik from Monday afternoon where both students and colleagues of Elodie can express their condolences and express their grief. In addition to being a teacher, Elodie was also active as a fitness instructor at JIMS in Kortrijk. She passed away in 2021 after a motorcycle incident.
