Japanese judoka Takeshi Takeoka won the Grand Slam in Paris in 2024. He claimed the gold at the World U21 Championships in Marrakech. In 2018 he won the International Masters Bremen U21. With the Japanese team he won the junior mixed team World title in 2019. He won the Kodokan Cup in 2022. He bagged a silver medal at the Grand Slam in Baku in 2023. Gold at 2024 Grand Slam Tokyo. Won the 2025 Grand Slam of Baku.
