Russian Judo Federation
WADA banned all Russian athletes and they will be entered by and represent the “Russian Olympic Committee” and use “ROC” as the acronym. All public displays of the organisation’s participant name should use the acronym “ROC”, not the full name “Russian Olympic Committee”. At the 2021 World Championships Russia competed under the name of the Russian Judo Federation. World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) banned Russia at 9 December 2019 for four years, after it was found that data provided by the Russian Anti-Doping Agency had been manipulated by Russian authorities with a goal of protecting athletes involved in its state-sponsored doping scheme.
