Hungarian judoka Richard Sipocz is a triple European U23 champion in 2019, 2020, and 2022, as well as a double Junior European champion in 2020 and 2021. He clinched the cadet European Champion title in 2016 and 2018. Sipocz secured bronze at the Junior World Championships in 2019 and silver in 2021 in Olbia. His accolades also include gold at the European University Games in Lodz in 2022 and triumphed again at the European University Games in Zagreb in 2023. Additionally, he won the European Open in Oberwart in 2022. Sipocz hails from Gyor and is coached by Hangyási László Botond.
